Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented

Project Or Site Qa And Qc Manager - Mechanical

to lead and oversee all Quality Assurance and Quality Control functions across our EPC Oil & Gas projects.

This strategic role is responsible for guiding the quality function, implementing robust Quality Management Systems (QMS), and ensuring strict compliance with both international and client-specific standards—especially those of

Adnoc

and

Saudi Aramco

.

The ideal candidate will champion the organization’s commitment to quality by collaborating with senior leadership, project teams, and key stakeholders to embed a culture of excellence and continuous improvement throughout the organization.

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related Engineering

Experience

  • Minimum
  • 20 years
  • of QA/QC experience in

Epc Oil & Gas

  • projects
  • At least
  • 5 years

Experience In A

  • senior QA/QC management role
  • Strong working knowledge of

Adnoc

and

Saudi Aramco

  • standards and specifications is
  • highly preferred
  • Extensive understanding of

  • Assign and coordinate QA/QC resources across disciplines (Mechanical, Welding, NDE, Civil, E&I)

Project & Procurement Support

  • Develop and implement QA/QC procedures supporting procurement, construction, and fabrication activities
  • Conduct site audits and subcontractor evaluations as part of the selection and approval process
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure Quality Plans are aligned with client and regulatory expectations

Monitoring, Auditing & Reporting

  • Establish, track, and report on key
  • quality performance indicators (KPIs)
  • to executive leadership
  • Identify and audit critical QMS areas to drive improvements and ensure compliance

on significant deviations or risks affecting project deliverables

Continuous Improvement

  • Lead investigations into non-conformances and implement

People Management & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and evaluate the QA/QC team across projects and departments

Budget & Resource Planning

  • Develop and manage QA/QC departmental budgets
