Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced
Camp Boss
to manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of workforce accommodation camps for a leading EPC company in Abu Dhabi.
The ideal candidate will ensure smooth camp operations, maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and welfare, and coordinate with multiple service providers to deliver efficient accommodation and catering services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall operations of the workforce accommodation camp.
- Supervise housekeeping, catering, laundry, and maintenance services.
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards and company policies.
- Coordinate room allocation, occupancy, and camp records.
- Handle employee welfare, grievances, and disciplinary matters within the camp.
- Monitor food quality, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of camp facilities.
- Liaise with subcontractors, vendors, and internal departments.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly camp operation reports.
- Manage camp inventory, consumables, and assets.
- Ensure emergency preparedness and compliance with UAE regulations.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Facility Management, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of experience as a Camp Boss or Camp Supervisor in Oil & Gas, EPC, Construction, or Industrial Projects.
- Strong knowledge of camp administration and workforce accommodation management.
- Experience managing multicultural workforces.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- UAE/GCC experience is preferred.
