We are seeking an experienced
Information Technology (IT) Manager
to lead and manage the organization's IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, cybersecurity, digital transformation initiatives, and technology operations across EPC projects and corporate functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the company's IT strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, networks, servers, cloud platforms, and data centers.
- Oversee ERP systems, project management software, document management systems, and business applications.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives and drive process automation across business functions.
- Ensure cybersecurity, data protection, disaster recovery, and business continuity compliance.
- Manage software licensing, vendor relationships, IT budgets, and technology procurement.
- Support project teams with IT solutions for engineering, procurement, construction, and project controls.
- Oversee implementation and support of enterprise applications such as ERP, HRMS, EDMS, Power BI, and collaboration platforms.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot critical issues, and ensure high availability of IT services.
- Establish IT policies, procedures, and governance frameworks in line with industry best practices.
- Lead and mentor the IT team while ensuring efficient service delivery and user support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 10+ years of IT experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Proven experience in EPC, Oil & Gas, Construction, Engineering, or Industrial sectors.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, networking, databases, and enterprise software solutions.
- Experience managing software implementations, digital transformation projects, and IT governance frameworks.
- Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, Microsoft, Cisco, AWS, Azure, CISSP, or equivalent will be an advantage.
