Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Quality Assurance and Quality Control Manager
to lead and drive Quality Management Systems across our Oil & Gas and EPC projects.
Key Responsibilities
- :
- Lead and manage the company's Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure compliance with client, regulatory, and industry standards
- .
- Develop, implement, and monitor quality policies, objectives, procedures, and best practices
- .
- Oversee QA/QC activities across Civil, Mechanical, E&I, Welding, and NDE disciplines
- .
- Conduct quality audits, vendor assessments, subcontractor evaluations, and compliance reviews
- .
- Monitor project quality performance, KPIs, corrective actions, and continual improvement initiatives
- .
- Support procurement, construction, and project teams on quality-related matters
- .
- Manage quality documentation, certification requirements, and client quality expectations
- .
- Lead and mentor QA/QC teams while driving a culture of quality excellence across the organization
- .
Requirement
- s:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related disciplin
- e.
- Minimum 15+ years of Quality Management experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, or Construction project
- s.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, Quality Management Systems, QA/QC processes, and auditing practice
- s.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary QA/QC teams and major project quality requirement
- s.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skill
