Senior QC and testing role in the Switchgear Division, reporting to the Technical Engineering Manager.
Ensures LV panel quality, documentation, and technical support during factory and site acceptance testing and after installation.
Location is identified as the DIC factory switchgear shopfloor.
Responsibilities
- Perform FAT, SAT, and commissioning for LV panels and associated electrical systems while maintaining quality.
- Respond to client technical inquiries and diagnose and resolve electrical or mechanical issues at customer sites.
- Train customers on system operation and maintenance procedures.
- Document service activities, test reports, and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with Design, Production, and QA/QC teams to resolve technical issues and implement improvements.
- Follow applicable IEC, ADDC, DEWA, FEWA, and safety standards.
- Maintain service spare-parts and tools inventory; assist with warranty claims, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
- Provide technical input to sales during customer meetings or site visits when required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical.
- A valid UAE driving license is required.

- Work location is in person; the role includes customer-site visits.
- Employment type is full-time.
