Supports the sales team through administrative work, communication, and customer interaction.
The role helps ensure sales activities and order processing run smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Assist with sales proposals, quotations, and contracts; maintain complete and accurate sales documentation.
- Update customer databases and handle incoming inquiries and requests.
- Act as a contact between clients and the sales team and respond promptly and professionally to communications.
- Process orders and support accurate, timely delivery of products or services.
Experience and qualifications
- The posting lists 0–2 years of experience and requests proven experience in a similar sales support or coordination role.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Skills and languages
- Strong organization and multitasking skills; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Arabic is preferred.
Work location
- Work location is in person; the posting also states that candidates must reliably commute to Abu Dhabi or plan to relocate before starting work.
