Assistant Manager – Retail Business Development role based in Dubai.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute retail business development strategies.
- Find new business opportunities, expand the customer base, and build client and stakeholder relationships.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Research the market and competitors; coordinate internally to support customer service.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of B2C field sales experience in the electrical or building materials industry.
- Strong knowledge and experience of the Dubai market.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Valid UAE driving licence.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 4,000–8,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
