Senior QA/QC Engineer role focused on structural steel fabrication and construction quality assurance in Sharjah, UAE.
The role ensures construction works comply with project specifications, approved drawings, applicable codes, and local authority regulations.
Employment and compensation
- Employment is full-time.
- Salary is AED 6,000 to AED 8,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the Project Quality Plan, Inspection and Test Plans, and Method Statements.
- Monitor construction compliance and conduct site, material, and workmanship inspections.
- Review submittals, shop drawings, method statements, and technical documentation.
- Document inspections, NCRs, corrective actions, and quality records.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, third-party agencies, project teams, and subcontractors.
- Participate in audits and ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and applicable authority requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- More than 2 years of UAE QA/QC construction experience is required.
- Experience in building, infrastructure, or MEP projects is required.
- Knowledge of UAE construction standards, codes, regulations, QA/QC documentation, and quality control procedures is required.
- Strong communication, coordination, independent-working, and pressure-management abilities are required.
- Immediate joining, selected language abilities, and Sharjah relocation or commuting are preferred.

- Work location is SAIF-Zone, Sharjah, UAE.
- Work is performed in person.
