QA/QC Manager

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Plan, Inspection and Test Plans, and Method Statements.
• Monitor construction for compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and UAE standards.
• Coordinate inspections with consultants, clients, and third-party agencies; conduct site, material, and workmanship inspections.
• Review material submittals, shop drawings, method statements, and technical documents.
• Document inspections, non-conformances, corrective actions, and quality records; follow up on corrective actions.
• Ensure ISO 9001:2015 compliance and liaise with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors on quality matters.
• Participate in internal and external audits and ensure compliance with applicable local authority requirements, including DM, DDA, and DEWA.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 7+ years of QA/QC experience in UAE construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards, codes, and regulations.
• Experience in building, infrastructure, or MEP projects.
• Proficiency in QA/QC documentation and reporting; familiarity with ISO standards and quality control procedures.
• Strong communication and coordination skills; able to work independently and under pressure.
• Immediate availability is preferred but optional.
• English, Hindi, Tamil, or Malayalam language skills are preferred.

Compensation

• Pay is listed as AED 10,000 to AED 12,000 per month.

Workplace

• Work location is in person in Sharjah, UAE.
