Role Description

The Senior Property Consultant – Off-Plan Property is a full-time, on-site role based in Doha, Qatar.

The role involves identifying and qualifying prospective buyers, presenting off-plan projects, and providing detailed information on property features, payment plans, and investment returns.

The consultant will manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and property tours to negotiation, closing, and after-sales follow-up.

Daily responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date knowledge of project inventory, market trends, and competitor offerings, as well as preparing proposals, sales reports, and accurate documentation.

The consultant will work closely with internal teams, uphold high standards of customer service, and represent Bin Al Sheikh Real Estate Brokerage in a professional manner at all times.

Qualifications

  • Strong consulting and advisory skills, with the ability to understand client needs and provide tailored off-plan property solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, including clear presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven customer service skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships and delivering a high-quality client experience.
  • Demonstrated sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, closing deals, and achieving or exceeding targets.
  • Solid understanding of the real estate market, particularly off-plan and investment properties in Qatar or similar markets.
  • Previous experience in real estate brokerage or property development, preferably in a senior or client-facing role.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and basic office software (e.g., MS Office) for managing leads, documentation, and reporting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to work on-site in Doha, Qatar, with flexibility to attend client meetings, events, and property viewings as needed.
  • Fluency in English required; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
