  • Bin Al Sheikh Real Estate is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager – Off-Plan Projects to lead our growing sales division.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the off-plan sales team, driving revenue growth, developing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with clients, investors, and developers across Qatar.
  • This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced real estate professional with strong leadership capabilities and a successful track record in selling off-plan developments within Qatar and the GCC.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing off-plan sales team.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Recruit, train, and coach Sales Consultants.
  • Build long-term relationships with investors, developers, and strategic partners.
  • Generate qualified leads and expand the company's client portfolio.
  • Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and project launches.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
  • Negotiate sales agreements and successfully close transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and Qatar real estate regulations.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance reports for senior management.
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of real estate sales experience.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience as a Sales Manager.
  • Proven experience in Off-Plan Property Sales within Qatar or the GCC.
  • Strong knowledge of the Qatar real estate market.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong networking and business development abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Fluency in Arabic & English is required.
  • Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
