Al Khatat Real Estate is seeking a responsible, organized, and detail-oriented Accounts Cum Admin professional to join our growing team in Doha.

The ideal candidate should have experience in accounting, administration, CRM handling, and real estate operations, with the ability to manage financial records, office coordination, and client communications efficiently.

Candidates with prior real estate industry experience in Qatar will be given preference.

Accounts & Finance

  • Manage daily accounting transactions and financial records
  • Handle invoices, receipts, payments, petty cash, and bank reconciliations
  • Maintain accounts payable and receivable records
  • Monitor collections for rentals, sales installments, and service charges
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and support audit requirements
  • Assist with budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and financial forecasting

Real Estate & CRM Operations

  • Update and manage property listings on online platforms
  • Maintain CRM database with accurate and updated records
  • Coordinate and follow up on client inquiries and leads
  • Distribute leads to sales teams and monitor response times
  • Record property sales, leasing transactions, commissions, and deposits
  • Prepare tenancy contracts, agreements, and related documentation

Administration Responsibilities

  • Manage office administration and daily operational support
  • Maintain employee files, attendance, leave records, and company documents
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers
  • Handle emails, phone calls, correspondence, and document control
  • Support HR and management with administrative coordination
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure smooth office operations
  • Organize digital and physical filing systems efficiently

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Accounts/Admin roles, preferably in Real Estate
  • Knowledge of accounting software such as SAP, QuickBooks, Tally, or similar
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Knowledge of Qatar market procedures and documentation is an advantage
