Role Description

The Senior Property Consultant is a full-time on-site role based in Doha, Qatar, responsible for leading client engagements and driving sales across the company’s residential and commercial portfolio.

This role involves identifying and qualifying leads, conducting property viewings, presenting investment opportunities, and advising clients on suitable properties that match their needs and financial objectives.

The Senior Property Consultant will prepare and negotiate offers, support clients through the leasing or purchase process, and ensure accurate documentation and compliance with local regulations.

Daily tasks include maintaining up-to-date market knowledge, coordinating closely with internal teams on property availability and pricing, and delivering high-quality customer service before and after transactions.

The role also requires building long-term relationships, representing the brand professionally, and contributing to sales targets and business growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong consulting and advisory skills, with the ability to understand client needs and provide tailored real estate solutions.
  • Excellent communication abilities, including clear verbal and written communication and effective presentation skills.
  • Proven customer service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, relationship building, and client satisfaction.
  • Demonstrated sales experience, preferably in property sales or leasing, with a record of achieving or exceeding targets.
  • Practical knowledge of the real estate market, ideally within Qatar, including property types, pricing, and legal frameworks.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM and property listing platforms, and strong basic computer skills (MS Office, email, digital tools).
  • Fluency in English; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
  • Ability to work on-site in Doha, manage multiple client engagements, and adapt to a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • High ethical standards, professionalism, and a client-centered approach aligned with the company’s core values.
