Noorzad Properties is seeking an experienced, ambitious and results-driven Senior Property Advisor- Secondary Market (UAE National) to join our growing team.
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, leasing and investing in Dubai’s secondary real estate market while delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
· Understand clients’ property requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date property listings and market information.
· Stay informed about Dubai real estate market trends, pricing and regulations.
· Develop a strong understanding of the secondary property market and available inventory.
· Guide clients through the entire sales and leasing process, including documentation and transaction procedures.
· Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, investors and industry professionals.
· Consistently achieve individual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
· Represent the company professionally and uphold the highest standards of customer service.
Requirements
· Previous experience in Dubai real estate sales, preferably within the secondary market.
· Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive environment.
· Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
· Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
· Self-motivated, proactive and target-oriented mindset.
· UAE driving license and access to a vehicle is preferred.
· Passion for real estate and a strong desire to build a successful career in the industry.
