About This Role
Overview
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Property Advisor to join our team.
As a Senior Property Advisor at Noorzad Properties, you will play a key role in guiding clients through the process of buying, selling, leasing, or investing in properties in Dubai.
Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable property options.
- Maintain and update property listings with accurate information.
- Stay informed about real estate trends, pricing, and competitor offerings.
- Schedule and conduct property visits with potential buyers or tenants.
- Assist in negotiations and ensure successful deal closures.
- Guide clients through legal and financial documentation processes.
- Provide after-sales support and maintain client relationships.
Requirements
- UAE driving license and access to a car (preferred).
- Strong interest in building a career in Dubai’s real estate market.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Confident, proactive, driven by performance and targets.
