About The Role
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Property Advisor – UAE National to join our team.
As a Senior Property Advisor – UAE National at Noorzad Properties, you will play a key role in guiding clients through the process of buying, selling, leasing, or investing in properties in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable property options.
- Maintain and update property listings with accurate information.
- Stay informed about real estate trends and pricing.
- Proven Sales experience and negotiation capabilities in a target-driven environment.
- Guide clients through legal and financial documentation processes.
- Ability to network and build long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Requirements
- Must be UAE national with family book.
- Strong interest in building a career in Dubai’s real estate market.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Confident, proactive, driven by performance and targets.
