: Director of Visual Arts Department

Job Purpose

:Managing projects undertaken by the department by establishing and implementing project management processes.

This includes preparing reports, budgets, and comprehensive analyses to ensure projects are established and completed within specified deadlines and in accordance with international best practices

.

Functional Responsibiliti

  • esDevelop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for scheduled projects and provide continuous development of these procedures to ensure alignment with international best practice
  • s.Supervise the study of sector-related projects, understanding their requirements and objectives while ensuring costs are correctly calculated. Provide research and rationale for any identified variance
  • s.Evaluate and monitor the performance and efficiency of all relevant projects and programs to ensure execution as planne
  • d.Review formal communication templates with relevant stakeholders and support the development of qualification requirements for external consultant
  • s.Coordinate with staff and stakeholders regarding reporting for major projects, including proactive studies, resource planning, budget management, quality assurance, risk management, and contract negotiation
  • s.Lead and coordinate all stakeholder activities to support the project, creating strategies that ensure the achievement of requirements, adherence to schedules, and effective communicatio
  • n.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the flow of information regarding project managemen
  • t.Support external departments by collecting and analyzing data during the definition, implementation, or continuation of business processes, policies, and procedure
  • s.Supervise overall project planning processes by reporting on project timelines and deliverable
  • s.Coordinate internal and external reporting by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data related to all project
  • s.Supervise the management of all project-related matters, including financial records, reports, and evaluation of completed wor
  • k.Participate in the development of technical and operational policies and processes, ensuring compliance with all relevant requirement

  • e.Regularly report operational activities, challenges, and obstacles to the Department Director, including proposed solutions to keep them informed of unit activitie
