- Experience in process mapping, change management, and technology-driven initiatives.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Support business transformation and digitalization initiatives.
- Analyze and improve business processes and operational efficiency.
- Gather business requirements and coordinate with technology teams.
- Track project progress and prepare reports and presentations.
- Assist in implementing change management and process improvement programs.
