Key Responsibilities
- :Lead the design and implementation of strategic workforce and manpower planning framework
- sDevelop workforce forecasting models and future workforce scenario
- sUtilize AI-powered tools and predictive analytics to support workforce planning and decision-makin

- Proven experience in manpower planning, workforce planning, or organizational workforce transformati
- onStrong expertise in workforce forecasting, analytics, and predictive modeli
