Job Summary
Leads and implements artifact conservation, restoration, and preventive care using scientifically approved methods, sustainable materials, and international best practices to preserve cultural and historical value.
Oversees assessments, research, projects, and policies while ensuring compliance, risk management, and collaboration to support effective heritage conservation and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience
- Must have extensive experience working within European conservation standards, methodologies, and institutional frameworks
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Conservation and Restoration, Engineering, Historical Monuments, or an equivalent field
- Must have strong knowledge of artifact conservation, restoration, and preventive conservation techniques
- Must be proficient in scientific analysis and laboratory testing of artifacts
- Open to candidates within or outside the UAE
