Senior Project Manager Visual Arts Management (Emirati) Dubai Passport Holders

A Senior Project Manager in Visual Arts Management is responsible for the full lifecycle of visual arts projects, including planning, execution, and delivery, while ensuring projects meet strategic goals and stay on budget.

Key duties include developing detailed project plans, coordinating with stakeholders (artists, galleries, and other partners), managing budgets and resources, and overseeing team members.

This role also involves risk assessment, problem-solving, and ensuring high-quality project outcomes that align with organizational objectives

  • nt: Oversee project financials, monitor spending, and ensure the efficient use of resources to achieve project goal

  • ol: Implement quality control measures, conduct risk assessments, and develop mitigation plans to address potential challenges and ensure successful project deliver

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field such as visual arts, design, business administration, or project management.
  • Experience in project management is essential, with a strong understanding of project lifecycle, from conception to completion.
  • Proven experience in the arts or a related creative industry is beneficial, as the role requires an understanding of the unique dynamics of visual arts projects.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are critical for managing cross-functional teams and complex projects.
