Senior Project Manager MEP - Data Centre

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Lead project activities and prepare plans, programmes, schedules, and reports.
• Deliver small-scale projects and support medium- and large-scale projects under a Project Lead.
• Identify risks, issues, and opportunities and develop mitigation strategies.
• Manage project programmes, milestones, scope deliverables, change control, governance, and procedures.
• Coordinate clients, stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and delivery teams.
• Collect, analyze, and report project data, performance information, and metrics.
• Provide on-site construction management support and monitor progress, quality, and programme compliance.
• Support project requirements and priorities and promote communication and collaboration across teams.

Required qualifications and experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Construction, Project Management, Building Services, or a related discipline.
• Significant project management and MEP delivery experience.
• Experience delivering built-asset projects from design through construction and completion.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, construction processes, and technically complex project delivery.
• Proficiency with relevant project management software, reporting tools, and project information systems.
• Strong communication, stakeholder relationship, commercial, analytical, organizational, and time-management abilities.

Desirable qualifications and experience

• Data centre construction experience is preferred; mission-critical data centre experience is desirable.
• UAE or wider Middle East experience is desirable.
• PMP, APM, RICS, or equivalent professional or project management qualifications are desirable.
