Role overview

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate cost advice and reporting to clients.
• Manage, lead, and coordinate cost, contracts, and commercial managers in a live project environment.
• Analyze project data and manage workshops to achieve required cost savings.
• Provide high-level strategic proposals as required; deliver projects, commissions, and professional assignments.
• Maintain effective communication and coordinate with managers to support project completion and financial control.
• Undertake commercial management services with limited supervision and deliver accurate, timely outputs.
• Represent the company professionally; meet, negotiate, and correspond with clients to maintain strong working relationships.

Qualifications and experience

• BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent and Chartered Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
• 10–15 years of technical delivery experience within a global construction consultancy.
• Pre- and post-contract experience; experience across varied sectors and Middle East projects.
• Experience advising on and administering contractual matters.
• Experience managing and leading commercial and contracts management teams in a live project environment.
