Role responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure delivery from strategy and mobilisation through design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout.
• Manage delivery from project inception and brief through design development, planning, contractor procurement, and construction against agreed milestones.
• Establish governance, controls, risk, cost, programme, and reporting disciplines.
• Lead project teams and stakeholders to achieve strategic KPIs.
• Integrate technical teams, consultants, contractors, authorities, and stakeholders to manage interfaces and dependencies.
• Manage budgets and commercial performance; identify risks, challenges, and mitigations.
• Ensure quality systems and delivery assurance are appropriately managed.
• Champion safety, wellbeing, inclusivity, sustainability, and responsible delivery.
• Coordinate timely and accurate deliverables with senior leaders, project teams, and clients.
• Share best practice and support sustainable function or business-unit development.

Candidate requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, architecture, project management, infrastructure planning, or a related discipline.
• Extensive progressive experience in major infrastructure, capital projects, construction, urban development, transport, utilities, real estate, public realm, or programme management.
• Senior project management experience leading complex packages, multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and contractors in live delivery environments.
• Track record in governance, project controls, procurement support, contract administration, authority coordination, stakeholder and risk management, and executive reporting.
• Professional English proficiency is required.
• Advanced capability in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Power BI or equivalent dashboards, document control and collaboration platforms, risk registers, and project management information systems.
• Experience with design-to-construction interfaces, utilities diversions, permits, handover, commissioning, closeout, and operational transition is preferred.
• Master’s degree, professional registration, or listed equivalent certifications are preferred; Arabic is advantageous.
• A valid driving licence and site access eligibility may be required.
