Project leadership and delivery

• Lead planning, engineering, execution, and delivery of greenfield industrial construction and site-consolidation projects.
• Manage execution plans, schedules, budgets, risks, resources, scope, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate engineering, operations, procurement, finance, HSE, and quality teams; maintain project governance and reporting.
• Manage construction compliance with designs, specifications, company standards, and regulations.
• Monitor schedule, budget, and quality; conduct inspections, progress reviews, and meetings; implement corrective actions.
• Oversee contractors and subcontractors, contractual obligations, quality, and timelines; manage changes, claims, and mitigation.
• Implement project controls for planning, scheduling, cost, reporting, and risk; use Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operational readiness.
• Lead commissioning, start-up, testing, training, documentation, punch-list closure, handover, and acceptance.
• Serve as primary stakeholder contact and liaise with consultants, contractors, suppliers, authorities, and regulators.
• Provide project updates, risk assessments, and financial reports to senior management.
• Maintain compliance with Saudi regulations, permits, industry standards, company policies, HSE and sustainability expectations, quality procedures, and governance.

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• PMP certification is mandatory; additional project, construction, or engineering certifications are advantageous.
• 10–12 years of relevant industrial project management experience, including significant greenfield manufacturing or industrial facility exposure.
• Experience delivering multi-million-dollar capital projects from concept through commissioning and handover.
• Experience in manufacturing, chemicals, construction materials, industrial production, or related sectors.
• Strong project management, project controls, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management knowledge.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and external contractors.
• Knowledge of Saudi and GCC regulations, permits, and construction standards.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and project reporting systems.
• Fluent English is required; Arabic is advantageous.
• Leadership, communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
