Lead end-to-end project management of high-rise construction projects (residential, commercial, or mixed-use).
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
Oversee site operations to ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Manage procurement processes, including subcontractor selection and contract administration.
