Position: Senior Project Engineer
Job Description
The Senior Project Engineer will be responsible for overseeing construction activities, coordinating with consultants and contractors, ensuring project execution aligns with quality and safety standards, and supporting timely project delivery within budget.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and supervise day-to-day project execution activities on-site.
* Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, and internal stakeholders.
* Monitor project schedules, progress, and construction milestones.
* Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
* Review technical drawings, project documentation, and engineering plans.
* Identify project risks and implement corrective actions where required.
* Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings.
* Ensure timely resolution of technical and operational issues.
* Track project costs and support budget control initiatives.
* Prepare progress reports and updates for management.
* Support project handover, testing, and commissioning activities.
* Ensure adherence to local authority regulations and company standards.
Requirement
* Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
* Minimum 8–12 years of experience in construction or real estate development.
* Strong experience in high-rise residential or commercial projects.
* Good understanding of project management principles and construction methodologies.
* Strong coordination, communication, and leadership skills.
* Knowledge of UAE construction regulations and safety standards.
* Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
