Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager – Oracle Fusion to lead end-to-end implementation, upgrade, and transformation projects.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle Fusion applications, stakeholder management, and delivering complex ERP projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Oracle Fusion implementation and upgrade projects across Finance, HCM, SCM, or Procurement modules
- Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables
- Manage project lifecycle from initiation to closure
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams
- Ensure adherence to project governance, risk management, and quality standards
- Track project progress, budgets, and resource allocation
- Identify risks/issues and implement mitigation strategies
- Drive change management and user adoption initiatives
- Provide regular status updates to senior management and clients
- Ensure successful delivery aligned with business objectives
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 10+ years of project management experience, with at least 5+ years in Oracle Fusion projects
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion modules (Finance / HCM / SCM)
- Proven experience in end-to-end ERP implementations
- Excellent stakeholder and client management skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Experience with Agile / Waterfall methodologies
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in the UAE/GCC market
- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud architecture
- Exposure to data migration, integrations, and reporting tools
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
