We are looking for a powerhouse Project Manager to lead high-end, luxury villa and residential fitout projects.
If you have a background in premium interior contracting and a sharp eye for joinery and detail, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale luxury villa and residential interior fitout projects from inception to handover.
- Manage complex joinery and high-end finishes, ensuring the "luxury" standard is met at every stage.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Oversee site progress, budget control, and quality assurance.
Requirements
- 6+ years of significant background in Interior Fitout (Luxury Residential/Villas) in UAE.
- Must have strong joinery experience.
- A senior resource capable of leading high-value projects independently.
