Overview

We are looking for a strategic, hands-on

Marketing Manager

to lead our marketing direction, strengthen our market presence and build consistent, high-quality execution across channels and partners.

Your Mission

  • **Own the marketing strategy**

  • **Create structured demand generation**
  • for specialty and high-value solutions through campaigns, content, events, and partnerships.
  • **Lead execution through people + partners**
  • (Marketing Executive, creative agencies, PR, digital, social).
  • **Align marketing with Sales, Estimation, and Operations**
  • to ensure relevance, speed, and commercial impact.

Key Accountabilities

  • Define and execute integrated plans across
  • digital, social, PR, exhibitions/events, and campaigns
  • .
  • Approve all
  • content, messaging, and creative
  • (posts, newsletters, brochures, decks, press releases).
  • Manage and performance-review agencies and vendors (briefs, timelines, quality, ROI).
  • Build and run the marketing operating system:
  • content calendar, campaign workflows, reporting dashboards
  • .
  • Set lead definitions with Sales/Estimation and ensure
  • lead capture + follow-up discipline
  • (handover, tracking, feed- back loop).
  • Coach and manage the Marketing Executive and scale capabilities over time.

What You Bring

  • Strong

experience

  • (construction/building materials/technical products preferred).
  • Proven ability to build strategy and deliver results with
