Responsibilities

• Influence project direction through clear leadership, constructive challenge, recommendations and timely escalation.
• Manage stakeholders; develop project plans and documentation; define and manage resources.
• Manage risks, issues, reporting, escalation, resolution and project deliverables.
• Manage implementation budgets and finances; track and report project activity and status.
• Manage change requests; organise, run and document meetings; maintain internal systems.
• Improve METIS documentation, processes, templates and project delivery standards.
• Coach and mentor colleagues to reduce non-billable work and improve team delivery.
• Champion AI and automation to streamline administration, reporting and governance.
• Identify business improvements and make recommendations; cover for colleagues as directed.

Experience and qualifications

• Extensive proven project management experience and knowledge of an industry-recognised methodology; PRINCE2 is preferred.
• Experience managing concurrent projects and delivering client business benefits.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and their delivery.
• Able to engage users through board-level stakeholders and baseline customer requirements.
• Detail-oriented and thorough across the project lifecycle.
• Competent with project management tools and proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Clear communicator, natural coach and mentor, organised, proactive and able to work under pressure.
