Requirements
- Minimum 15–20 years of UAE construction experience, including substantial senior project management experience.
- Proven management of G+12 to G+ Unlimited high-rise building projects is mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering field.
- Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
- Engineering licence or professional society membership is an advantage.
- Knowledge of high-rise construction, structural works, finishing, MEP coordination, and project execution.
- Ability to manage project teams, subcontractors, and consultants.
- Knowledge of UAE regulations, contract administration, planning, cost control, and risk management.
- Experience coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and authorities.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead high-rise projects from planning and mobilisation through execution and handover.
- Oversee delivery against schedules, budgets, specifications, and quality standards.
- Develop and monitor project plans, construction programmes, resource allocation, and manpower requirements.
- Lead project managers, engineers, construction managers, and site supervisors.
- Monitor costs, cash flow, variations, claims, and contractual obligations with commercial and QS teams.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and authorities.
- Review construction drawings, technical submissions, method statements, and project documentation.
- Identify risks, resolve critical site issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor structural works, architectural finishes, MEP activities, and overall progress.
- Conduct project review meetings and report progress to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, HSE requirements, and company quality standards.
- Drive completion and handover within approved timelines and contractual requirements.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 15,000–20,000 per month.
