About the role
The employer is seeking a well-experienced and versatile Owners Affairs Manager for its Owners Affairs Department.
Mandatory requirements
- At least 7 years of total professional experience.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in Owners Affairs or Community Management in the UAE.
- An experience certificate confirming at least 3 years of relevant experience is mandatory.
- A Dubai Police Good Conduct Certificate addressed to RERA is mandatory.
Key responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day Owners Affairs operations and administrative activities.
- Coordinate with property owners, residents, management and relevant authorities.
- Maintain owners' records, documents, correspondence and related reports.
- Handle owners' requests, enquiries and follow-ups.
- Support community management activities and ensure proper documentation.
- Assist with RERA-related procedures and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Perform other duties related to Owners Affairs as required by management.
Required skills
- Good knowledge of Owners Affairs and Community Management procedures.
- Understanding of relevant RERA requirements and documentation.
- Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
Work location
- Work is in person.
