Role overview

Project delivery and leadership

• Manage project budgets, schedules, scope, quality, risks, communications, milestones, resources, and critical issue escalations.
• Lead project resources and align cross-organizational teams; identify resource needs and coordinate staffing with sponsors.
• Develop project vision, approach, objectives, deliverables, measures of success, and comprehensive project plans.
• Maintain project tracking and status reporting and ensure company standards, testing, quality reviews, and sign-off.
• Develop readiness plans and communicate impacts; lead or participate in post-implementation reviews and present project metrics.
• Log, track, and escalate high-priority issues that may affect delivery.
• Work with business partners, vendors, and staff to agree on objectives, coordinate interdependencies, manage expectations, and support project success.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; business or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 10–12 years of experience, including 10+ years successfully delivering projects to business, time, budget, and quality objectives.
• Solid understanding of business functional areas, management issues, and IT systems and capabilities.
• Ability to manage ambiguity; strong communication, executive presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing project plans, timelines, test plans, resources, and budgets.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience driving cross-functional and cross-organizational teams to meet project objectives.
• Expertise in project management methodologies, processes, and industry-standard tools.
• Experience working effectively with onshore and offshore employee and contract resources.
• Ability to present project information clearly, concisely, and persuasively.
