Ensure consistent project controls, compliance with standards and company policies, and effective processes, procedures, and systems across the programme.
Project controls and delivery
- Lead programme-wide planning, reporting, and governance; establish project controls policies, standards, systems, and procedures.
- Ensure programme data and reporting are accurate; standardize document workflows and controls processes.
- Develop and maintain the master schedule, work breakdown structure, coding structures, and project control frameworks.
- Coordinate schedules across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
- Monitor progress, identify variances, and drive corrective actions; conduct critical path, scenario, and schedule risk analyses.
- Develop progress measurement systems, dashboards, and performance KPIs; prepare weekly, monthly, and management reports.
- Validate contractor progress submissions and maintain planning audit trails.
- Implement tools such as P6 and Power BI; drive automation, visualization, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a relevant professional or chartered qualification.
- 10+ years of relevant experience delivering data centers or complex engineering projects.
- Proven programme planning and reporting experience for large-scale projects.
- Proficiency in P6, BIM 360, MS Project, AutoCAD, Revit, and Procore.
- Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Power Apps, and SharePoint.
- Knowledge of construction technology, permitting, sequencing, testing, commissioning, and regulations.
- Strong strategic planning, risk management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
