Role overview
Deploy, configure, and optimize Khazna’s Planon CAFM system in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
The role is part of the Command & Control Center team within Data Center Operations and supports digitalization of asset and facility management.
Key accountabilities
- Implement and configure Planon modules for asset and facility management and data center operations.
- Prepare data upload sheets and standardize information with end users.
- Configure user access, roles, workflows, and automated tasks.
- Build reports, dashboards, portal interfaces, and email notifications.
- Coordinate integrations with IT and vendors, including BMS, ERP, and HR systems.
- Coordinate project stakeholders, deliverables, and timelines.
- Lead testing, training, and user onboarding.
- Manage legacy data migration, quality checks, accuracy monitoring, and operational reporting.
- Provide system support, escalate issues, collect feedback, and recommend enhancements.
- Maintain documentation of configurations, workflows, and compliance protocols.
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Hands-on Planon CAFM administration and configuration experience.
- Strong Excel, SQL, and API integration skills.
- Good understanding of facilities management and service-level operations.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills.
Additional qualifications
- Data center platform experience is an additional qualification.
- Familiarity with SFG20, ASHRAE standards, or environmental controls is an additional qualification.
- Exposure to ITIL or operational risk management frameworks is an additional qualification.
Work environment
- The role emphasizes reliability, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Occasional travel may be required to meet clients or vendors or attend industry conferences.
