Senior Project Control Engineer
Role Overview

Supports the Program Controls Manager with performance baselines, contract status tracking, and reporting through systems such as PRISM, ERP, and Primavera P6.
Contributes analytical support across the lifecycle of airport infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Assist with budget preparation, monitor expenditures, and implement cost-control measures.
- Identify project risks, assess impacts, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Prepare performance reports and dashboards covering progress, budget status, and risks, including with Power BI.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Maintain contracts, schedules, reports, and correspondence.
- Follow HSE procedures, report hazards and non-conformities, and participate in required HSE training.
- Promote safe and environmentally responsible work practices.
Education and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in project controls, project scheduling, or project management in construction or aviation.
Certifications and skills
- PMP, CCE, PSP, or equivalent certifications are preferred.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, Power BI, PRISM, and ERP systems.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and reporting accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including explaining complex information to stakeholders.
- Ability to identify issues proactively and develop effective solutions in a fast-paced project environment.
