- Govern execution across multiple related projects, managing cross project dependencies, risks, and resource constraints
- Oversee program budgets, forecasts, and ensure the realization of intended business benefits
- Provide direction to Project Managers and technical teams while managing external vendors and release readiness
- Provide senior leadership with consolidated visibility on delivery progress, compliance, and governance standards
Requirements
- Typically 10+ years of experience in financial services, with a proven track record in complex, regulated banking environments (GCC/Regional experience preferred)
- Deep hands on delivery experience in at least 3 5 key banking domains (e.g., Core Banking, Digital Transformation, Regulatory/Compliance, Payments, or Wealth Management)
- Strong expertise in program/portfolio governance using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- High proficiency with project management tools like Jira, MS Project, Planview, or equivalent systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering, or Finance; PMP / PgMP / PRINCE2 certification is highly preferred
