- 3 5 years of project management or coordination experience
- Experience in banking or financial services
- Strong understanding of project planning and delivery methodologies
- Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Planview)

About the Role
- The Associate Project Manager supports the successful delivery of IT and business transformation projects by coordinating planning, execution, monitoring, and governance activities.
Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of projects within agreed timelines, scope, and budget.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, tracking, and reporting activities.
- Monitor project progress and help maintain delivery governance and project controls.
- Support risk, issue, dependency, and change management processes.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, and governance artifacts.
- Coordinate project activities across business, technology, and vendor teams.
- Help ensure compliance with organizational governance, regulatory, and audit requirements.
- Support testing readiness (SIT/UAT), deployment planning, and production go live activities.
- Assist with post implementation reviews and project closure activities.
- Escalate delivery risks, issues, and blockers to the Project Manager when appropriate.
Skills & Experience
- Strong understanding of project planning, coordination, and delivery methodologies.
- Experience supporting projects within banking, financial services, or other regulated industries.
- Knowledge of project governance, scope management, risk management, and issue tracking.
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery approaches.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Planview, or similar platforms.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Approximately 3–5 years of project management or project coordination experience, preferably within banking or financial services.
