Responsibilities
- Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Project Managers, and delivery teams in Agile principles, methodologies, and best practices
- Lead teams through Agile adoption using frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and hybrid Agile Waterfall approaches
- Drive Agile transformation initiatives across team, program, and portfolio levels
- Conduct Agile maturity assessments and develop actionable improvement roadmaps
- Mentor teams to enhance delivery speed, predictability, product quality, and cross functional collaboration
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives, as needed
- Identify, address, and help eliminate delivery obstacles and organizational bottlenecks
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and support the development of self managing, high performing teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline
- 12+ years of experience in IT, software delivery, or digital transformation
- At least 5 7 years of experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or in an Agile Transformation role
- Demonstrated success in leading enterprise scale Agile transformations
- Practical experience with Scaled Agile frameworks, DevSecOps, and delivery automation practices
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies including SAFe, LeSS, Scrum, Kanban, and DAD
- Expertise in Agile performance metrics, OKRs, and value delivery measurement
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and provide leadership coaching across all organizational levels
- Hands on experience with Agile collaboration and delivery tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Preferred certifications: CSP, SPC, ICAgile Certified Professional, PMI ACP

Qualifications

Preferred Certifications
- Certified Scrum Professional (CSP)
- SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or SAFe Agilist
- ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP ACC and/or ICP ATF)
- PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI ACP) or an equivalent Agile certification
Required Experience & Skills
- 12+ years of experience in IT, software delivery, or digital transformation.
- At least 5–7 years of experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or in an Agile Transformation role.
- Demonstrated success in leading enterprise scale Agile transformations.
- Practical experience with Scaled Agile frameworks, DevSecOps, and delivery automation practices.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including SAFe, LeSS, Scrum, Kanban, and Disciplined Agile Delivery (DAD).
- Expertise in Agile performance metrics, OKRs, and value delivery measurement.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and provide leadership coaching across all organizational levels.
- Hands on experience with Agile collaboration and delivery tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Ability to align business objectives with technology initiatives to enable successful organizational transformation.
Preferred Attributes
- Experience working within the banking or financial services industry.
- Ability to adapt Agile frameworks to suit organizational contexts rather than applying them prescriptively.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with experience delivering workshops, training sessions, or keynote presentations.
