Role overview

Delivery portfolio management

• Lead delivery across client engagements and prioritize accounts and projects by strategic importance, urgency, and customer value.
• Allocate resources efficiently and optimize utilization across the portfolio.
• Measure project and portfolio performance, track timelines, budgets, and deliverables, and report progress, risks, and adjustments.
• Identify risks such as resource constraints, technical challenges, or market changes and implement mitigation strategies.
• Communicate with stakeholders about project status, risks, portfolio changes, and delivery commitments under contracts and statements of work.
• Ensure governance and compliance with service-level and contractual obligations.
• Plan and review project and portfolio budgets, revenue projections, staffing capacity, and financial performance.
• Review delivery team performance scorecards and implement best practices and process improvements for efficiency and cost reduction.

Client and organizational leadership

• Engage client stakeholders and Coforge client partners to understand data-solution needs, provide data-driven insights, and align solutions and capabilities.
• Manage and mentor subject-matter expert teams and collaborate with cross-functional business-unit and corporate leaders.
• Support competency building with centers of excellence and contribute thought leadership and organizational and business-development initiatives from a delivery standpoint.

Experience and capabilities

• Approximately 18 years of experience, plus or minus.
• Experience leading large client engagements in data engineering and analytics, including within system integrators, IT/ITES enterprises, or third-party data service providers.
• Strong capability in cloud-native applications and modern data platforms; examples include AWS, Azure, and GCP.
