Duck Creek and Solution Responsibilities
- Maintain a thorough understanding of Duck Creek Policy Administration, including Author, Product Studio, Express, Server, User Admin, and TransACT.
- Work with clients and team members to understand and interpret business requirements.
- Develop custom Duck Creek solutions through ManuScript configuration.
- Assist with project planning and solution design aligned with client functional and technical strategies.
Project Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans covering timelines, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Monitor project progress and performance and make adjustments to support successful completion.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication, alignment, and issue resolution.
- Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
- Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members.
