Senior Platform Product Manager will evolve Bally’s Media backend video and content-delivery systems and support integration across the Bally app ecosystem.
Own strategy and execution for foundational systems powering Bally Sports Live and Stadium across mobile, web, and CTV platforms.
Responsibilities
- Define the roadmap for video control systems, content management, metadata, personalization, and APIs; keep backend services ahead of frontend needs.
- Partner with consumer product teams to evolve backend services for new customer-facing features.
- Work with programming, editors, producers, and broadcast operations to improve publishing, management, and streaming of live and on-demand content.
- Drive end-to-end execution using Agile XP principles to achieve business outcomes and viewer experiences.
- Partner with data and engineering on personalization, analytics, and monetization requirements.
- Set and monitor platform health KPIs, including buffering, start times, bitrate, resolution, latency, and feature adoption or satisfaction.
- Lead the cross-functional product team, communicate strategy, make accountable decisions, prioritize, and nurture collaboration.
Platform scope
- Platform includes video pipeline, CMS, APIs, and service integrations with consumer-facing products and the broader Bally app ecosystem.
