As a **Senior Product Manager, Neurovascular**, you will join Stryker’s fast-growing **Neurovascular** team in the UAE and play a key role in shaping the future of **innovative neurovascular therapies and solutions that improve patient outcomes**.
You’ll collaborate with passionate marketers in a highly international team, driving impactful marketing initiatives and bringing cutting-edge innovations to market.

What You Will Do
- Cascade and implement marketing strategy for the given territory, collaborating with the team to ensure alignment and impact.
- Surface new or unexpressed customer needs, leading to product/program improvements Collect and share Voice of Customer and Voice of Commercial Team data. Analyze market trends, customer segmentation, and product feedback to inform business decisions.
- Develop knowledge of product features, benefits, and competitive alternatives to respond promptly to field requests. Support commercial teams with presentations, proposals, and product guides.
- Drive segmentation and targeting methods to improve commercial efficiency
- Identify priorities for marketing initiatives and evaluate whether business goals meet SMARTI criteria. Recommend alternative product or portfolio definitions when appropriate.
- Hold self-accountable to deliver high quality results with passion, energy, and drive to meet business priorities
- Develop key relationships with industry/market thought leaders, organizations, and institutions, in collaboration with other marketing leaders
What You Will Need
- ***Required:***
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 6+ years of marketing or sales experience in medical device industry experience required.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
- Must be able to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies
- Proficiency in English
Preferred
- Experience in Neurovascular , or related fields is highly desirable
- MBA preferred
- Knowledge of regional customers and market trends
- Strong strategic thinking and influencing skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines
