Senior Product Manager - B2B Payments & Digital Assets

Role and platform

Product responsibilities

• Own and execute the Business platform product roadmap and identify opportunities with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Translate commercial, operational, and regulatory requirements into clear product requirements.
• Own corporate onboarding, account setup, funding, beneficiaries, payments, approvals, settlement, and reporting journeys.
• Develop scalable products across multiple entities, users, currencies, and jurisdictions.
• Work with Engineering on APIs, integrations, architecture, and delivery; write PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Manage backlog prioritization and coordinate work across Product, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Treasury, and Operations.
• Work with banks, payment and card providers, liquidity and custody providers, and technology partners.
• Support pricing, packaging, go-to-market, and sales enablement.
• Monitor onboarding, activation, transaction volume, revenue, settlement, retention, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure controls for permissions, approvals, limits, auditability, fraud, and financial crime.

Product domains

• Product areas include business and corporate accounts, onboarding and KYB, cross-border payments, collections, and payouts.
• Other areas include corporate cards, expense management, FX, treasury, invoicing, payment links, acquiring, and open banking.
• Digital-asset areas include wallets, custody, crypto and stablecoin payments, fiat-to-crypto and crypto-to-fiat conversion, settlement, and reconciliation.
• The platform also covers transaction controls, permissions, and approval workflows.

Required experience

• At least 5 years of product management experience.
• Strong experience building or scaling payment or financial products and working with B2B, corporate, or institutional customers.
• Strong understanding of money movement, payments, and settlement.
• Experience with APIs, third-party financial infrastructure, Engineering collaboration, and product backlog management.
• Hands-on experience writing PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong commercial judgment and ability to balance customer requirements with scalable solutions.
• Experience in regulated financial environments.
• Digital-asset experience is highly valuable, but candidates need not have spent their entire career in crypto. Traditional payments and financial-infrastructure experience applicable to Web2 and Web3 is relevant.

Compensation

• AED 30,000–45,000 per month.
