A fast-growing UAE fintech is hiring a security-focused DevSecOps Engineer for its Platform team.
The role focuses on building and operating security controls, pipeline gates, and detection rules rather than producing compliance reports.
Work closely with security, IT, and AI teams.
What you'll do
- Harden Kubernetes with RBAC, network policies, admission controllers, and image scanning.
- Add infrastructure-as-code scanning, SAST, SCA, and secrets scanning to CI/CD pipelines.
- Build SIEM pipelines and custom detection rules.
- Own AWS identity, access, and secrets.
- Join the SRE on-call rotation.
What you'll bring
- Have 4+ years in SRE or DevOps, including 2+ years focused on security.
- Bring strong Kubernetes and AWS security experience.
- Have experience with Terraform, Checkov, and Trivy.
- Have experience with Python, Go, or Bash.
- Have experience in a regulated environment.
