Role overview

Product work

• Own product features from discovery through delivery and launch.
• Define requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria with engineering and design teams.
• Translate customer and business needs into roadmaps and priorities.
• Conduct user research, analyze customer feedback, monitor performance, and identify improvements.
• Collaborate with compliance, operations, risk, engineering, and design through development, testing, and release.
• Define and track product metrics and KPIs; support launches and communicate new functionality.
• Improve onboarding, funding, trading, and transaction customer journeys.
• Identify opportunities across the UAE and wider MENA region and keep informed about fintech developments.

Required experience and capabilities

• At least 2 years of experience in Product Management or a closely related product role.
• Experience with digital products; experience in fintech, payments, banking, crypto, SaaS, or another technology-led environment is ideal.
• Strong product-lifecycle knowledge and experience writing user stories, product requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience working directly with engineering and design teams.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to use data and customer feedback to make product decisions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills; hands-on, commercially minded, and comfortable with ownership in a lean environment.

Relevant product areas

• Products may involve digital assets and cryptocurrency, payments and fiat on/off-ramps, mobile and web products, trading, and transaction experiences.
• Other product areas include customer onboarding and KYC, wallets and accounts, stablecoins, analytics, and institutional or professional-user products.
• Experience in one or more of cryptocurrency, exchanges, payments, banking, fintech, wallets, KYC, fiat rails, stablecoins, financial applications, mobile applications, or institutional financial products is desirable.
• Crypto expertise is not necessary; strong product fundamentals, curiosity, and ability to learn quickly are emphasized.

Compensation

• AED 10,000–15,000 per month.

Location and working model

• The position is based in Dubai, UAE.
