Senior Product Manager

Work across the organization to ensure that the product roadmap is aligned with business strategies, and establish a shared vision

Collaborate with software developers and stakeholders to identify, assess and prove productization opportunities

Develop, or help in developing prototypes, and conduct user feedback sessions

Be the voice of the user community (internal consultants and external customers)

Take full ownership of your product area and make tough product decisions

You have 5+ years of experience in a similar Product Management role (SaaS experience strongly preferred)

Experience working in the CPM, FP&A or Fintech space is a plus

You have worked closely with technical architects, and discussions around architecture of complex web-based applications doesn't scare you

You have worked closely with designers and user researchers, and bring a proven record of inspiring design ideas that led to measured success

You have successfully launched products, and led GTM efforts by working with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Sales, Services, and Support

You are familiar with quantitative research methods such as AB testing and analytics

Interest in AI and willingness to explore AI-driven solutions to enhance performance and drive efficiencies

The base salary range for this role is $125,800 - 170,200 CAD. *Our salaries are tailored to roles, levels and locations. Your individual pay within this range is influenced by factors like work location, skills, experience and education.
