Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Procurement Architect to lead solution architecture, design, and delivery across the Oracle Fusion Procurement suite. The role involves defining procurement strategies, architecting end‑to‑end P2P/S2P solutions, ensuring integration alignment, and governing best practices for global rollout programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the architecture and solution design across Oracle Fusion Procurement (Sourcing, Supplier Management, Purchasing, Contracts, Procurement Contracts, Self‑Service Procurement).
• Define P2P and S2P business process frameworks , approval hierarchies, catalog models, and supplier onboarding structures.
• Lead design workshops, fit‑gap assessments, and solution walkthroughs with business and IT stakeholders.
• Architect integrations with AP, Inventory, Projects, Finance, OIC, REST APIs , and external supplier/ERP systems.
• Oversee data migration strategy (Suppliers, Agreements, Catalogs, Pricing) and validate end‑to‑end process integrity.
• Ensure compliance with procurement controls, audit requirements, and security structures .
• Support SIT/UAT, cutover planning, and go‑live stabilization as the design authority.
• Collaborate closely with Procurement leadership, Finance teams, and implementation partners to ensure scalable and future‑ready solutions.

Required Skills

• Strong hands‑on expertise with Oracle Fusion Procurement Cloud .
• Deep understanding of P2P workflows, sourcing lifecycle, contract management , and supplier master processes.
• Experience with integration patterns (OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, file‑based integrations).
• Knowledge of procurement accounting, tax setups, and cross-module dependencies.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
