Ensure purchasing activities are done efficiently
Key Accountabilities
- Receive and review PR from requesting department
- Collect offers from suppliers
- Place PO on ERP system.
- Send PO to supplier and follow up receiving order confirmation from Supplier
- Follow up deliveries of open orders
- Monitor suppliers' performance periodically
- Verify the receipt of items are as per PO / contracts
- Perform all cash purchased items.
- Manage any additional assignment given by the Procurement Head.
- Academic and professional qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Engineering\Supply chain\Commerce\Business Administration.
Experience
+5 years of experience in Purchasing\Procurement in Frozen food & FMCG
